Aluminum Die Casting Product Introduction

Aluminum die casting is a type of pressure casting of parts, using a die casting machine equipped with a casting mold.

Liquid aluminum or aluminum alloy is poured into the feed inlet of the die casting machine, and then pressed and cast to produce aluminum or aluminum alloy parts of the shape and size defined by the mold. Such parts are commonly called aluminum die castings.

Die casting involves injecting molten metal under high pressure and high speed, allowing for the manufacture of complex, thin-walled parts. The resulting castings have fine grains, dense structure, and high strength. Furthermore, die casting has high productivity, making it widely used in the automotive, computer, communication filter, and medical device manufacturing industries. Examples of die castings include central control dashboards, motor housings, steering systems, laptop casings, and dual-cavity filters.
