We have 20 years of experience in mold-making. Our predecessor was Yuyao Jinniu Stamping Factory. This miniature motor housing is designed for "small size, high-demand" motors. Think of it as an ultra-thin bulletproof vest. It fits into precise devices such as smartphone vibration motors or medical infusion pumps. The internal space is smaller than a fingernail, yet the precision requirements are extremely high.
The housing maintains a classic cylindrical shape and a compact structure. We also added a small rectangular anti-mistake notch on the bottom edge. This simple design is critical: on automatic assembly lines for tiny motors, the notch ensures robot arms always pick up the housing in the correct orientation. It completely eliminates assembly errors. After supplying this to a medical device client, their assembly efficiency increased by 40%, and they no longer experienced waste due to incorrect orientation.
Tolerances Tighter Than a Hair
In the world of micro motors, uniform wall thickness is essential. We continue to use ST14 high-performance deep-drawing steel for this product. Its purity and tensile properties are well recognized in the industry.
With this material, we can form walls as thin as 0.15 mm - barely thicker than a human hair - without cracking or wrinkling. The wall still maintains excellent strength and toughness. Thickness is fully customizable for your micro motor design.
Most importantly, we control dimensional tolerances within ±0.02 mm - thinner than a hair. How do we achieve this precision? Through our 200–500 ton high-precision presses and 20 years of mold-making experience. The product's CPK value consistently remains above 1.33, meeting ISO 2768-f (fine) standards. This ensures that every miniature housing we produce is highly precise and ready for assembly without issues.

Efficient Heat Dissipation
