Bubble Jet Housing

When putting out oil fires, foam works better than water - but it only shoots accurately if the gun body is well-designed. Our bubble jet housing was developed through a collaborative project with an Australian fire equipment company. They needed a housing that was lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and comfortable to hold, since firefighters often use it for long hours.

We applied our best aluminum die-casting skills and 20 years of mold experience to create this product. The curves are ergonomically designed to fit the human hand. The client tested it, and after two hours of continuous use, wrist fatigue was significantly reduced. That is the impact of good design. This is the product that helps firefighters work more efficiently.

We manufacture this housing from ADC12 aluminum alloy. It resists corrosion from seawater and foam liquids, making it ideal for firefighting and wet cleaning applications. The main body is formed in one shot using a 200-ton die-casting machine. The internal channels are smooth, with no burrs to block foam flow. Threads on the housing receive secondary machining on lathes, ensuring a tight fit with fire hose connectors. Even under high pressure, no leaks occur.

Weight is another advantage: the product weighs approximately 1.5 kilograms (depending on design), about 50% lighter than traditional brass gun bodies, reducing fatigue for firefighters. Our factory has 45 machines and can produce around 10 million pieces per month, ensuring urgent orders ship quickly worldwide.
