Drawn Ice Cup

Our product is manufactured using high-quality stainless steel 304 or copper, with thickness ranging from 0.3 mm to 0.8 mm. We use a deep drawing process to form the cup in one piece, achieving cup depths of over 100 mm with uniform wall thickness and a smooth surface - free from draw marks or cracks. Our tooling engineers design dedicated drawing dies based on your drawings or sample parts, ensuring the product has natural curved transitions and a flat rim, suitable for use with sealing lids or for direct use. During forming, the metal undergoes work hardening, increasing strength by approximately 20%. The metal grain aligns with the cup shape, making the cup durable and resistant to deformation. Stainless steel is naturally corrosion-resistant, making it ideal for long-term food contact. Last year, we produced 300,000 stainless steel units for a domestic restaurant chain. The pass rate reached 99.1%, and the customer reported smooth surfaces, easy cleaning, and good insulation performance.

Our factory covers 10,000 square meters and houses 45 professional machines, including 15 presses and 4 hydraulic presses (the largest is 2,000 tons). For the Drawn Ice Cup, every batch undergoes a first-article inspection. QC staff use custom gauges to measure cup outer diameter, depth, and wall thickness, keeping tolerances within ±0.1 mm. Our dedicated quality team performs a 100% inspection on each batch, checking for scratches, burrs, or surface marks. Before packing, we separate each cup with soft paper to prevent scratching during transport. This extra care ensures every product arrives in perfect condition. We use 200 to 500-ton hydraulic presses for precise deep drawing, guaranteeing consistent quality across all production runs.
