The housing has a classic cylindrical shape and a compact structure to save space. We deliberately added a small rectangular notch on the bottom edge. Don't underestimate this detail: in an automatic assembly line, the notch helps workers or robotic arms identify the correct orientation instantly, ensuring it is never installed backward. Our Australian client reported that this small design feature significantly increased their production efficiency.
Deep-Drawn Steel with Precise Tolerances
For this motor housing, we use ST14 high-performance deep-drawing steel, a material well-known in the industry. It stretches evenly without cracking, providing a solid base for assembly.
We are very flexible with wall thickness - you can customize it from 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm, depending on whether you need a lighter or heavier housing. We form each housing in one shot using 200–500 ton high-precision presses. The force ensures uniformity across all units.
We maintain very tight critical tolerances, controlled within ±0.05 mm, in accordance with ISO 2768-m. This means every housing produced in mass production is as precise as the first one.
