Quality Control

We have established a full-process quality traceability system from raw materials to finished products. Each batch of metal roof mounting brackets has a unique production batch number, which can be traced back to the raw material supplier, production team and inspector. When raw materials enter the factory, we will conduct comprehensive inspections on the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the steel, and unqualified materials will be firmly rejected. In the production process, we implement the "three-inspection system", that is, self-inspection by operators, mutual inspection by team leaders and special inspection by quality inspectors, to ensure that each process meets the quality standards.

Before finished products leave the factory, we will conduct sampling inspections on key indicators such as dimensional accuracy, surface quality, load-bearing capacity and anti-corrosion performance. For customized products, we will conduct 100% full inspection to ensure that each product meets the customer's drawing requirements. We have a professional testing laboratory equipped with advanced equipment such as universal material testing machines, salt spray testers and hardness testers, which can conduct scientific and accurate testing on products. We accept inspections by any third-party institutions, and the product quality complies with the ISO9001 international quality management system standard.

Customization Capability

We have strong customized service capabilities, and can develop and produce various non-standard metal roof mounting brackets according to the drawings, samples or actual application scenarios provided by customers. Whether it is special size specifications, unique structural design or special surface treatment requirements, we can provide perfect solutions for customers. Our mold design team has an average of more than 12 years of industry experience and can complete the whole process from mold design to sample trial production within 15-40 days.

We provide one-stop services from product design optimization to mass production, helping customers reduce production costs while ensuring product performance. For products with special load-bearing requirements or special environmental use requirements, we will carry out special structural design and performance testing to ensure product safety and reliability. The minimum order quantity is 5,000 pieces, and for long-term cooperative customers, we can provide more flexible MOQ policies. We can also laser engrave brand logos, specifications and models and other information on the products according to customers' requirements.

Payment Terms

We accept settlement in both US dollars and RMB and support various payment methods. For conventional standard product orders, we adopt the method of 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment before delivery. For customized products, due to the need to invest in molds and special tooling, we adopt the method of 50% advance payment and 50% balance payment before delivery. We support various payment methods such as bank wire transfer, letter of credit and acceptance bill. For high-quality customers with an annual purchase amount of more than 1 million US dollars, we can negotiate more favorable payment terms.

We will arrange production within 2 working days after receiving the advance payment and update the production progress to customers every week. After production is completed, we will provide detailed product inspection reports and packing lists, and customers pay the balance after confirming that there is no error. We promise to arrange delivery within 3 working days after receiving the balance and provide complete logistics information. All orders will sign a formal purchase and sales contract to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties and ensure transaction security.
