Packaging and Transportation

We adopt professional packaging methods to ensure that the gutter connection to downspout products are not damaged during transportation. Each product will be individually wrapped with bubble film and then put into five-layer corrugated cartons. Cardboards are used for separation inside the cartons to prevent mutual collision between products. For large-batch orders, we will use plywood pallets for reinforcement. The pallets have a load-bearing capacity of more than 1 ton, which can effectively prevent products from being squeezed and deformed during loading, unloading and transportation.

We can customize packaging solutions according to customers' requirements, such as using colored cartons to print customers' brand information, or carrying out mixed loading according to customers' requirements. The product name, specification, quantity, gross weight, net weight and production date will be clearly marked on the outside of each carton for customers to manage and trace. We support EXW and FOB trade terms. Under FOB terms, we are responsible for transporting the goods to Ningbo Port or Shanghai Port and completing all customs clearance procedures.

After-sales Service

We are committed to providing customers with high-quality after-sales service, and customer satisfaction is our pursuit goal. If customers find any quality problems with the products after receiving the goods, they can contact us within 7 days, and we will give a solution within 24 hours. For products with surface treatment, we provide a 1-year coating warranty service. If problems such as coating peeling and rust occur during the warranty period, we will replace the products for free.

Our after-sales team will regularly visit customers to understand the product usage, collect customer feedback, and continuously improve product quality and service level. If customers encounter any problems during installation or use, we can provide technical support and guidance through telephone, email or video calls. For customers with large-batch orders, we will arrange dedicated personnel to provide one-on-one service to ensure that customers' problems can be solved timely and effectively.
