Packaging and Transportation

We adopt professional export packaging standards to ensure that the products are not damaged during long-distance transportation. The conventional packaging is five-layer corrugated cartons, with pearl cotton and bubble film used for separation and buffering inside to prevent scratches and deformation caused by mutual collision between products. For large-batch orders, we will use plywood pallets for reinforcement. The pallets are fumigated and meet international shipping standards, avoiding customs quarantine problems.

We can customize packaging solutions according to customers' special requirements, such as printing customers' brand logos and product information on cartons, or adopting individual packaging methods. The product name, specification, quantity, gross weight, net weight and box number will be clearly marked on the outside of each carton for customers to count and manage. We support EXW and FOB trade terms. Under FOB terms, we are responsible for transporting the goods to the designated port and completing the customs clearance procedures, and customers only need to be responsible for sea transportation and destination port customs clearance.

After-sales Service

We have established a perfect after-sales service system to ensure that customers have no worries during the purchase and use of products. If customers have any quality problems after receiving the goods, they can raise objections within 7 days, and we will give a solution within 24 hours. For products with surface treatment, we provide a 1-year coating warranty service. If problems such as coating peeling and rust occur during the warranty period, we will replace the products for free.

Our after-sales team consists of professional technicians and salesmen, who can provide timely technical support and problem answers for customers. If customers encounter any problems during installation, we can provide remote guidance through video calls. For customers with large-batch orders, we will arrange dedicated personnel to follow up the whole process, regularly visit the product usage, collect customer feedback, and continuously improve product quality and service level.

Payment Terms

We accept payment in both US dollars and RMB. For conventional orders, we adopt the method of 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment before delivery. For customized products, due to the need for mold opening and special production processes, we adopt the method of 50% advance payment and 50% balance payment before delivery. We support various payment methods such as bank transfer and letter of credit. For long-term cooperative high-quality customers, we can negotiate more flexible payment terms according to the actual situation.

We will arrange production within 3 working days after receiving the advance payment and timely feedback the production progress to customers. After production is completed, we will provide customers with product inspection reports and packing lists. After customers confirm that there is no error, they pay the balance, and we will arrange delivery within 2 working days after receiving the balance. All transactions will sign a formal purchase and sales contract to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties and protect the legitimate rights and interests of customers.
