This blue pizza oven trim ring serves as the oven's door frame. We chose a deep blue finish and paired it with a high-gloss black inner section - a design commonly seen in high-end kitchen appliances. But it's not just about appearance. Our engineers carefully calculate every curve to ensure the trim ring fits perfectly onto the machine. It also conceals all internal wires and screws, giving your oven a clean, professional, and high-quality look.
Food-Grade Steel That Stays Beautiful
To keep this "face" looking great over time, the material must be carefully selected. We use only 304 stainless steel that meets the ASTM A240 standard - an internationally recognized food-grade material.
Why do we choose this material? We have worked with APEX in Australia for many years, producing building hardware that must withstand outdoor conditions such as rain and sun without rusting. Compared to that, the oil and steam in a kitchen are easily handled.
The standard thickness is 0.5 mm, which we selected after extensive testing. It offers an ideal balance of light weight and strength. If you have specific requirements, we can also customize the thickness.

Many people think this pizza oven trim ring is only for appearance, but it is also a key structural component. Notice the two metal brackets on the sides - they are formed from the same piece of steel and are used to secure the front panel.
During installation, workers simply fasten screws into the pre-made holes, making the process quick and stable. When the oven is in operation and vibrating, the trim ring helps keep the outer shell firmly in place.
