Packaging and Transportation

We adopt a professional export packaging solution to ensure that the flexible downspout extension gutter connectors are not damaged during long-distance transportation. Each product will first be covered with a transparent plastic bag to prevent dust and moisture from entering, and then neatly stacked in five-layer corrugated cartons. Cardboards are used for separation inside the cartons to prevent mutual extrusion and deformation of products. For large-batch orders, we will use fumigated plywood pallets for reinforcement. The pallets have standard sizes and are suitable for container transportation.

We can customize packaging according to customers' requirements, such as printing customers' brand logos, product information and instructions on cartons. The product name, specification, quantity, gross weight, net weight, box number and production date will be clearly marked on the outside of each carton for customers to count and manage. We support EXW and FOB trade terms. Under FOB terms, we are responsible for transporting the goods to Ningbo Port or Shanghai Port and handling all export customs clearance procedures. We have established long-term cooperative relationships with many international logistics companies and can provide customers with preferential sea and air freight prices.

After-sales Service

We always adhere to the "customer first" service concept and provide customers with all-round after-sales service support. Within 7 days after receiving the goods, if customers find any quality problems with the products, they can apply for return and exchange with photos and purchase vouchers, and we will bear all round-trip freight. For metal joints with surface treatment, we provide a 1-year warranty service. If problems such as coating peeling and rust occur during the warranty period, we will replace the products for free.

Our after-sales team consists of professional technicians and customer service personnel, who can respond to customers' inquiries and complaints within 24 hours. If customers encounter any problems during installation or use, we can provide remote technical support through telephone, email or video calls. For customers who purchase in large quantities, we will arrange exclusive account managers to provide one-on-one service, regularly visit the product usage, and timely solve the problems encountered by customers. We will also continuously improve product design and production processes according to customer feedback to provide customers with better products and services.

Factory Strength

We have a modern production base covering an area of 10 mu with a building area of 10,000 square meters, with independent stamping workshops, injection molding workshops and assembly workshops. The factory is equipped with 45 sets of professional production equipment, including 15 punching machines of different tonnages, 4 hydraulic presses, 3 bending machines, 2 laser cutting machines and multiple automated injection molding production lines and assembly production lines, which can realize the whole-process independent production from metal joint stamping, pipe body injection molding to finished product assembly.

Formerly known as Yuyao Jinniu Stamping Parts Factory, we have profound technical accumulation in the field of mold design and manufacturing. We have independent research and development capabilities and can continuously develop new products according to market demand.
