Alu Housing

In chemical plants, oil depots, or dusty workshops, a tiny spark can cause serious accidents. The first line of protection for electrical components is the housing. Our aluminum housing is not just an ordinary metal box. It began as a custom project for an Australian explosion-proof equipment client, who needed a housing that could survive an internal explosion without breaking, while efficiently dissipating heat. We leveraged our 20-year mold experience to solve this.

We use ADC12 aluminum alloy to produce these housings in a single die-casting shot. This material conducts heat quickly, keeping the interior cooler, while remaining strong. If an accident occurs, the housing does not bend or break, keeping any fire safely contained inside.

We choose ADC12 because it is ideal for die casting: strong, durable, and rust-resistant. To prevent tiny air pockets inside, we use a 200-ton die-casting machine. High pressure pushes liquid aluminum into every corner of the mold in an instant, producing uniform walls with no weak spots.

The housing has several mounting surfaces, including the cover, the connecting arm, and the vent cover. Our skilled technicians perform secondary precision machining on grinders and mills to ensure the seal ring fits tightly, meeting explosion-proof standards.

Our factory has a strong production capacity. Monthly output for precision products like this can reach around 10 million pieces. We have 45 machines, including 15 presses and 4 hydraulic machines, which can be scheduled at any time to ensure your order, large or small, ships on time.
