Cold Formed Parts

Our products are a core product line at our factory. We primarily use high-quality materials such as cold-rolled steel ST14, ST16, copper, aluminum, or stainless steel 304, with thicknesses ranging from 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm. These parts are formed at room temperature through cold stamping, which preserves a clean surface finish and tight dimensional accuracy - ideal for large-scale production. Our tooling team has twenty years of experience. Based on your drawings or physical samples, we quickly design and produce dedicated progressive dies or drawing dies, ensuring the Cold Formed Parts have accurate shapes, clean edges, and no burrs. During stamping, the material undergoes work hardening, increasing strength by approximately 15% to 25%. The metal grain aligns with the part shape, enhancing fatigue resistance and extending service life. Last year, we produced 500,000 stainless steel cold-formed brackets for a Russian client, used in supermarket shelf fittings. The pass rate was 99.5%, and the customer reported easy installation, good load capacity, and satisfaction with the surface finish.

Our factory spans 10,000 square meters and has 45 specialized machines, including 15 presses, 4 hydraulic presses, 3 bending machines, and 2 laser cutting units. For every batch of products, we conduct first-article inspection. QC personnel use custom gauges to measure key dimensions such as length, width, hole spacing, and wall thickness. Tolerances are strictly controlled within ±0.1 mm. We maintain detailed daily production records, allowing each product to be traced back to its operator and production date, ensuring full quality control.
