Copper Sink Waste

Our copper sink waste is manufactured from Aluminum-Zinc Coated, with material thickness ranging from 0.8 mm to 1.5 mm. We form this product through a multi-step drawing process, creating a bell-mouth or cylindrical shape with a flanged bottom for drainpipe connection. Our tooling engineers design dedicated drawing dies based on your drawings or sample parts, ensuring the product has smooth curves, uniform wall thickness, and no cracking or wrinkling - critical for preventing leaks over time. During processing, the stainless steel undergoes work hardening, increasing strength by approximately 20% to 30%. The metal grain aligns with the product shape, enhancing corrosion resistance and impact strength. Last year, we produced 120,000 pieces for APEX Australia, used for building hardware applications. The pass rate was 99.3%, and the customer reported easy installation, reliable sealing, and no rust or leakage issues.

Our factory occupies 10,000 square meters and is equipped with 45 professional machines, including 15 presses and 4 hydraulic presses (the largest is 2,000 tons). For this product, every batch undergoes a first-article inspection. QC staff use custom gauges to measure outer diameter, height, and wall thickness, ensuring tolerances stay within ±0.1 mm. Our dedicated quality team performs a 100% inspection on each batch, checking for scratches, burrs, or surface marks. Before packing, we clean each piece to ensure no residue remains, guaranteeing the product arrives in perfect condition. We use 200 to 500-ton hydraulic presses for precise drawing, ensuring consistent quality across all production runs.
