Alarm Clock Housing

Our Alarm Clock Housing is made from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet (grade ST14) or stainless steel 304, with material thickness ranging from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm. We use a multi-step drawing process to form the housing in one piece, resulting in smooth curves and even wall thickness without scratches or wrinkles. The cold-working process increases material strength by about 30% compared to regular sheets. The metal grain aligns with the shape, making the housing impact-resistant and stable for long-term use. Last year, we produced 100,000 pieces for a German clock brand, achieving a pass rate of 99.5%. The customer praised the high assembly precision and excellent surface quality after painting.

Our tooling team has over 20 years of experience. Based on your drawings or sample parts, we quickly develop dedicated drawing dies for the product. We use hydraulic presses ranging from 200 to 500 tons for precise drawing, ensuring consistent wall thickness and smooth transitions. During production, every batch undergoes a first-article inspection. Our QC staff uses custom gauges to check outer diameter, height, and wall thickness, maintaining tolerances within ±0.1 mm. Before packing, we perform a 100% inspection to remove any parts with light scratches or burrs. Our factory covers 10,000 square meters and has 45 machines, including 15 presses and 4 hydraulic presses (the largest is 2,000 tons). This setup guarantees stable output and reliable quality for every product.
