Packaging and Transportation

We adopt a layered protection professional packaging solution to ensure that the y connector for gutter downspout is not damaged during long-distance transportation. Each product is first covered with an independent PE bag to prevent surface scratches and corrosion, then classified into five-layer corrugated cartons according to specifications, and the cartons are filled with environmentally friendly foam particles for buffering. For large-batch orders, we use plywood pallets certified by international fumigation for reinforcement, and anti-collision corner protectors are installed at the four corners of the pallets to effectively avoid collision damage during loading, unloading and transportation.

We support customers to customize personalized packaging, and can print customers' brand LOGO, product specifications, instructions and safety warning signs on cartons. The product name, quantity, gross weight, net weight, box number and production batch number are clearly marked on the outside of each carton for customers to carry out inventory management and quality traceability. We provide EXW and FOB trade terms. Under FOB terms, we are responsible for transporting the goods to Ningbo Port or Shanghai Port and completing all export customs declaration and commodity inspection procedures to ensure the smooth shipment of the goods.

After-sales Service

We have established a 7×24 hour quick-response after-sales service system, and any problems of customers can get professional answers and solutions within 24 hours. Within 7 days after receiving the goods, if customers find that the products have quality defects or inconsistent specifications, they can apply for return and exchange with photos and purchase vouchers, and we will bear all round-trip freight. For products with surface treatment, we provide a 1-year coating warranty service. If problems such as coating peeling and rust occur during the warranty period, we will replace the products with new ones for free.

Our after-sales team consists of experienced technical engineers and customer service specialists, who can provide customers with all-round technical support from installation guidance to troubleshooting. For customers who purchase in large quantities, we will arrange exclusive account managers to provide one-on-one tracking service, regularly visit the product usage, collect customer feedback, and continuously optimize product design and production processes. We promise that customer satisfaction is the only standard for us to measure service quality.

Payment Terms

We accept settlement in both US dollars and RMB and support a variety of safe and convenient payment methods. For conventional standard product orders, we adopt the method of 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment before delivery. For customized products, due to the need to invest in special molds and production tooling, we adopt the method of 50% advance payment and 50% balance payment before delivery. We support various payment methods such as bank wire transfer, letter of credit and acceptance bill. For long-term cooperative customers with an annual purchase amount of more than 500,000 US dollars, we can negotiate more flexible payment terms.

We will start the production process within 2 working days after receiving the advance payment and send production progress reports to customers every week, including production photos and videos. After production is completed, we will provide detailed product inspection reports and packing lists, and customers pay the balance after confirming that there is no error. We promise to arrange delivery within 3 working days after receiving the balance and provide complete logistics tracking information to ensure that customers can grasp the goods transportation status in real time.
