Factory Strength

We have a modern production base covering an area of 10 mu with a building area of 10,000 square meters, with independent stamping workshops, mold workshops, surface treatment workshops and finished product warehouses. The factory is equipped with 45 sets of professional production equipment, including 15 punching machines of different tonnages from 16T to 500T, 4 hydraulic presses (maximum 2000T), 3 CNC bending machines, 2 laser cutting machines and multiple automated surface treatment production lines, which can realize the whole-process independent production from raw material processing to finished product delivery.

Our core technical team consists of more than 30 senior engineers. Formerly known as Yuyao Jinniu Stamping Parts Factory, we have more than 20 years of technical accumulation in the field of mold design and manufacturing. We have independent research and development capabilities and can quickly develop new products according to market demand, launching 2-3 new drainage system accessories on average every month. The factory has a monthly production capacity of 10 million pieces of metal products, which can meet the production needs of various large-batch orders and ensure on-time delivery. We strictly implement production management in accordance with the ISO9001 international quality management system, with stable and reliable product quality, which has been widely recognized by global customers.

Quality Control

We have established a full-process quality management system to implement strict quality control on the production process of downspout t connector. When raw materials enter the factory, we will conduct chemical composition analysis and mechanical property tests on each batch of steel to ensure that the raw materials meet national standards and customer requirements. In the production process, we implement an inspection system combining first piece inspection, patrol inspection and final inspection to conduct comprehensive inspections on key indicators such as product dimensional accuracy, surface quality and sealing performance.

Before finished products leave the factory, we will conduct sampling inspections, including water pressure tests, salt spray tests and tensile tests, to ensure that the waterproof, anti-corrosion and structural strength of the products meet the requirements. For customized products, we will conduct 100% full inspection to ensure that each product meets the customer's drawing requirements. We have a professional testing laboratory equipped with advanced equipment such as universal material testing machines, salt spray testers and water pressure testers, which can conduct scientific and accurate testing on products. We accept inspections by any third-party institutions, and the product quality complies with international standards.
