Explosion-proof Die Castings
We developed our explosion-proof die castings at the request of an Australian client who needed something special. They worked in mining areas, where heavy trucks often ran over manhole covers and drains. Normal cast iron parts would break into pieces, which could fall in and block the pipes. They needed something unbreakable — so we made these products.
Product Introduction
Built Tough for Heavy-Duty Jobs
We developed our explosion-proof die castings at the request of an Australian client who needed something special. They worked in mining areas, where heavy trucks often ran over manhole covers and drains. Normal cast iron parts would break into pieces, which could fall in and block the pipes. They needed something unbreakable - so we made these products.
We use Zamak3 zinc alloy and die casting. Zinc alloy is tough, not brittle like cast iron. We also made the walls thicker and added grid-shaped reinforcing ribs on the back. The result? Even if a pickup truck drives over it, the part bends but does not shatter. In our factory, we tested samples by striking them with a hammer. They flattened but stayed in one piece - no fragments came off. These products keep your drains clear and safe.
High Pressure, High Density
We make these products with large machines, using 500-ton die casting presses. Higher pressure ensures the material fills the mold tightly, producing a very dense part. High density also makes the product resistant to water and rust. We tested the parts by soaking them in salt water for one month. The surface showed only minor white rust, which wiped off easily. This makes them suitable for use near the ocean or in salty soil. With 20 years of mold experience, we know how to achieve the right density, ensuring these products last in harsh environments.
Surface Options and Reliable Support
You can choose your surface finish. We offer coatings such as powder coating or plating, with a one-year coating warranty. If you prefer the natural metal color, that is fine too - just inspect the parts quickly upon receipt, as bare metal oxidizes over time.
If you encounter any issues, we resolve them promptly. Our process is simple: our sales team follows up first. If there is a quality issue, our technicians step in. For example, if a part does not fit, our skilled staff will measure your gutter size and determine whether it is our production or your gutter that differs. We keep working until you are satisfied.
For shipping, we usually use EXW, so you pick up from our factory. If you need FOB, we can ship to Ningbo port and assist with customs. Our export packing is standard: carton, plywood pallet, and stretch film, ensuring your explosion-proof die castings arrive safely by sea.
