Product Introduction
Fits Special Roof Angles
Our eavestrough elbows are designed based on real on-site feedback. We improved standard parts to make them more practical. You can use these elbows at 90 degrees or 135 degrees, making them ideal for roofs with unusual shapes. The secret is the V-shaped joining surface - we angled both sides. During installation, you cut the gutter ends to matching angles, then push them together and lock with bolts. This mechanical bite is much stronger than welding or glue. We tested the joints by pulling hard in two directions, and they did not come apart. Additionally, because it is a mechanical lock, it can adjust slightly with temperature changes, so these elbows do not crack easily.
Strong Build with Die Casting
We manufacture these elbows using die casting, with machines ranging from 200 to 500 tons. Why die casting? It provides high precision and smooth surfaces, with no extra machining required. Inside the elbow, you will see several reinforcing ribs formed directly by the mold. These ribs distribute stress evenly. If an earthquake or strong wind shakes the house, the eavestrough elbows remain secure and do not break.
For quality, we have dedicated inspectors who use calipers and go/no-go gauges. From every batch, they sample several pieces and test their fit with standard gutter profiles, checking that they slide in easily and that gaps are minimal. Batches that are too tight or too loose are separated. While we do not check every piece, our sampling rate is high, ensuring that the products we ship consistently meet tolerance standards.
OEM Service and Flexible Payment
If you are a distributor, you can sell these elbows under your own brand. We support OEM labeling - simply send us your logo, and during production, we can engrave it into the mold. The MOQ is 5,000 pieces, and you can mix models. For example, you could order 5,000 pieces total, with 2,000 of these elbows and 3,000 of other fittings, all scheduled together to save on freight and customs costs.
Our payment terms are flexible: usually 30% deposit and 70% balance. For custom products that require mold changes, we may ask for a 50% deposit due to higher mold costs. We accept both USD and RMB. If you have questions about these eavestrough elbows or want to place an order, just contact us.
