Factory Strength

We have 20 years of experience in hardware product production. Formerly known as Yuyao Jinniu Stamping Parts Factory, we have been deeply engaged in the mold field for many years, focusing on the professional design and precision manufacturing of core products such as stamping dies, drawing dies, and progressive dies. The factory covers an area of 10 mu, with a building area of 10,000 square meters and currently employs 20 people. The core team is led by senior engineers with more than ten years of industry experience. The company has a total of 45 professional production equipment covering 9 categories, including 15 punching machines (with various specifications from 500T to 16T), 4 hydraulic presses (2000T, 300T, 200T), 3 bending machines, 2 laser cutting equipment, as well as 1 each of surface grinder, lathe, milling machine, and precision grinding equipment, which can meet the processing needs of various metal products.

We have built a full-chain integrated service system of mold opening and production, with a monthly production capacity of about 10 million pieces, depending on the product process. With stable production capacity and reliable product quality, we have established a long-term cooperative relationship with Australian APEX Company, providing customized architectural hardware accessories for it. Our products are exported to core markets in Europe, America, and Eastern Europe such as Australia, Russia, and Germany, winning high recognition from international customers.

Customization Capability

We fully support OEM and ODM customization services and can produce according to technical drawings or samples provided by customers. For industrial casters with locks products, we can customize different load capacities, wheel materials, installation methods, colors, and surface treatment processes according to customers' specific application scenarios and needs. Our professional mold design team can complete the development of customized samples within 15-40 days, ensuring that the products fully meet customers' requirements.

Quality Control

We have established a strict quality management system, implementing strict control at every link from raw material procurement to finished product delivery. All raw materials undergo rigorous inspection to ensure compliance with national standards and customer requirements. During the production process, we have dedicated quality inspectors to check each process to ensure stable product quality.

Before packaging, we will conduct full inspection or random inspection according to product conditions to ensure that the factory product qualification rate reaches 100%. The production date will be marked on the outer packaging of our products, which can trace the relevant production process and actual production personnel, as the company's production workshop has detailed daily production process and production employee records. We accept third-party inspection to ensure that product quality meets international standards. For products with surface-treated metal parts, we provide a 1-year coating warranty service to give customers peace of mind.
