Factory Strength

We have 20 years of professional production experience in hardware products. Formerly known as Yuyao Jinniu Stamping Parts Factory, we have accumulated profound technical heritage in the field of mold design and manufacturing. The factory covers an area of 10 mu, with a building area of 10,000 square meters, equipped with a complete set of production equipment from raw material processing to finished product assembly. The company has a total of 45 professional production equipment, including 15 punching machines of different tonnages (up to 500T), 4 hydraulic presses (up to 2000T), 3 bending machines, and 2 laser cutting equipment, which can meet the full-process production needs of steel castors from bracket stamping to wheel processing.

We have built a full-chain integrated production system with a monthly production capacity of about 10 million pieces, which can quickly respond to customers' large-volume order needs. With excellent product quality and stable delivery capability, we have established a long-term strategic cooperative relationship with Australian APEX Company, providing customized architectural hardware accessories for it. Our products are exported to many countries and regions around the world such as Australia, Russia, and Germany, receiving unanimous praise from international customers.

Packaging and Transportation

We provide professional export packaging services for steel castors to ensure that products are not damaged during long-distance transportation. Standard packaging uses thickened corrugated cartons with foam partitions inside to separate each caster and prevent mutual collision and friction. For heavier steel castors, we will additionally use plywood pallets for reinforcement. The pallets are fumigated and meet international shipping standards, which can be directly used for export.

We can customize packaging solutions according to customers' special requirements, including printing customer-specified brand logos, product information, and barcodes on the cartons. We support multiple trade terms including EXW and FOB, which can flexibly meet the transportation needs of different customers. All products undergo strict quality inspection before packaging to ensure that every product leaving the factory meets quality standards.

After-sales Service

We have established a comprehensive after-sales service system and always put customer satisfaction first. For steel castors products, we provide a 1-year coating warranty service. For products without surface treatment, if customers have any quality problems after receiving the goods, they can contact us as soon as possible, and we will give a solution within 24 hours.

Our after-sales service team consists of professional technicians and salespersons who can quickly respond to various customer needs. If quality problems occur during product use, we will arrange technicians to conduct detailed analysis, find out the root cause of the problem, and provide replacement or repair services in a timely manner. We also regularly visit customers to understand product usage, collect customer feedback, and continuously improve product quality and service levels.
