Our long-time customer, APEX from Australia, encountered this issue. They wanted a bracket that could support heavy gutters while remaining completely hidden. Drawing on our 20 years of mold-making experience (our company was formerly Yuyao Jinniu Stamping Parts Factory), we designed the Gutter Internal Bracket.
This product fits inside the gutter, so from the outside, only neat rooflines are visible. It also eliminates the risk of wind loosening the parts, preventing gutter falls. This solution is based on real customer needs and our advanced stamping technology.
How It Works: Like a Hand Holding the Gutter
The Gutter Internal Bracket is shaped like an upside-down letter "J". We produce it using a 40–60 ton press in a single stamping step.
The curved top part is precisely shaped. When installed, it hooks tightly over the gutter's rolled edge, holding the bracket and gutter together like a hand-so they won't separate.
The flat base has pre-drilled screw holes for fastening to wooden fascia or steel with self-tapping screws. Multiple holes allow slight positional adjustments to accommodate site variations, making installation easy and convenient. This smart design ensures the bracket is strong and user-friendly.
Strong Materials and Tested Data
We use Aluzinc steel that meets the ASTM A792 international standard. This material resists corrosion exceptionally well and remains rust-free for up to 20 years, even when exposed to rain and sun.
The standard thickness is 1.0–1.2 mm, but we can customize thickness to your drawing if needed. We recommend installing one bracket every 600–900 mm, following the European EN12056-3 standard for roof drainage loads. The bracket can support heavy rain and even snow without sagging or deforming.
