An Australian customer asked us: "Can you make a bracket so gutters can be cleaned from the ground?" Our mold technicians responded: yes. By designing the bracket to fit outside the gutter, leaving a gap between the gutter and the building, we created the Eaves Gutter Brackets.
Its purpose is simple: make gutter maintenance as easy as sweeping. Workers can stand on the ground and use a long stick to push leaves down through the gap. This is a simple but effective solution based on real user needs and our mold-making expertise.
Thick U-Shaped Design For Heavy Loads
This bracket is upside-down U-shaped. We use an 80-ton press to form it, making it thicker than standard brackets.
The top hook has a precision curved shape, which locks with the gutter's rolled edge. Because it is installed outside, you don't need bolts - just clip it on. Removing it for cleaning is also very easy.
The flat base has pre-set screw holes for fastening to wooden or steel fascia using self-tapping screws. To support the weight, we widened the base, providing more contact area for stable installation. This design is both strong and user-friendly.

Extra Thick Steel For Safety And Long Life
We use high-quality Aluzinc steel that meets the EN10346 standard. Importantly, the thickness is 1.5 mm, about 30% thicker than regular products.
This thickness allows the brackets to safely carry the full gutter weight, including heavy rainwater. Installation spacing remains 600–900 mm, so a row of brackets can support several tons of water. The Aluzinc coating protects against rust even when permanently exposed outdoors.
