Wide Flange Design For Tight Sealing
The outlet has two main parts. We form it using a 100–125 ton press in a single step, ensuring the shape is standard and free from deformation.
The top part is a wide flange, acting like a cap over the water outlet. During installation, it sits against the gutter bottom and is fixed with screws or rivets. A wider and flatter flange seals more tightly, reducing the risk of leaks.
The bottom part is a tubular connector, which changes water direction from the horizontal gutter flow to the vertical drop. We produce two main shapes: round and rectangular, matching different downpipe types commonly used in the market. This design covers all standard downpipe needs.
Precision Forming For A Perfect Fit
We use high-quality Aluzinc steel with a standard 1.0 mm thickness, which provides strength while allowing easy drilling during installation.
Flange flatness is a key quality check - if the flange isn't flat, even sealant may leak. Our large press produces very flat flanges, meeting ISO9001 standards for dimensional consistency.
Pipe roundness is equally critical: round outlets must be truly round, square ones must have accurate corners. This ensures a tight connection with downpipes. Our precise mold design guarantees consistent sizes across batches, making site installation easier.
